Overview
The TRITON-ECO has been designed as a very low-cost PXA255 module for projects where price and low power consumption are critical factors.
The TRITON-ECO is a complete computer, ingeniously implemented on a board
smaller than a credit card, and ready to be designed into your embedded
system. TRITON includes a 400MHz Intel®XScale processor, SDRAM and
Flash memory. The integrated LCD-controller enables direct connection of a LCD screen, and the standard PCMCIA/CF drive interface permits simple extension and integration into a target system.
Expansion Unlike other low-cost PXA255 modules, the TRITON-ECO provides the designer with access to the most important PXA255's signals for expansion. See the Specifications below or download the datasheet for full DIMM144 pin-outs.
Low Power Consumption
The TRITON-ECO contains a Core Power Generator with more than 90% efficiency. Power consumption can be reduced by using a combination of sleep-mode and clock-rate selection to approx 3mA. Typical consumption with running Linux process is about 230 mA max.

Prices and Configuration
Prices range from $150 to $99 for 8 MB Flash version, and $165 to $115 for the 16 MB Flash version - depending on volume.
Different configurations are possible for volume orders. Options include onboard RTC, Touchscreen controller and 10 Mbps Ethernet for volume orders.
