WARRANTY
The UltraFast boards include a two year warranty, while a 90 day warranty is provided for supplied cables. Software products are warranted for 90 days, however Strategic Test provides free-of-charge software updates for the lifetime of the product.
The Customer must obtain a Goods Return Authorization number from Strategic Test before returning any Products under warranty. The Customer shall pay expenses for shipment of repaired or replacement Products to Strategic Test and Strategic Test will pay for the product to be returned to Customer.After examining and testing a returned product, if Strategic Test concludes that a returned product :
- is not defective, the Customer will be notified, the product returned at Customer's expense, and a charge made for examination, testing and the return shipment.
- has been damaged due to customer error, we will notify the client and provide a cost estimate for the repair and shipping.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
The Extended Warranty option extends the warranty period to five years and provides additional peace of mind for a low additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR
Out of warranty products can be returned for repair on receipt of a Goods Return Authorization number from Strategic Test. The customer will pay for shipping both to and from our office in Sweden. On receipt of the UltraFast card Strategic Test will evaluate the condition and supply the Customer with an estimate of the repair cost.
CALIBRATION
UltraFast boards can be returned for annual calibration. The products will be calibrated by the factory in Europe and returned with a certificate of conformity. Please contact us to receive price information. The calibration charge does not include any cost of repair diagnosed as necessary. Strategic Test would notify the Customer of the fault and provide an estimate of the repair cost.
