If you are a manufacturer who would like to integrate the UltraFast boards in your products, then we can offer a number of benefits:
We continue to supply and provide support for boards that were first supplied to clients more than 10 years ago. While new products will offer higher performance and be more cost-effective, it’s important for our OEM customers that we only discontinue products when components become obsolete and a redesign makes no commercial sense. Prior to obsoleting a product, we provide our OEM clients with a Last Time Buy date so that they can purchase future stock if required. OEM’s can receive direct technical support from the design team if required.
While the standard warranty is two years, we provide OEM’s with a 5-year hardware warranty at no extra cost. In addition, we continue to provide our life-time support and give life-time software updates.
Unlike some other manufacturers, all of the software (including Linux drivers) and hardware is developed, manufactured, tested and calibrated under one roof. This is the only way to control the entire process and ensure that we deliver the highest quality.
Our specifications are based on conservative measurements that have been made on a random sample of boards for each given type. The boards are installed in a variety of standard commercial PC’s of different ages – we have not optimized the PC’s in any way to influence the measurements. This means that our specifications are totally repeatable by the clients.
For clients who require larger volumes of a specific board, it may be possible for us to customize the design in order to minimize the price.
