UF2 ABA option

The ABA option allows continuous, SLOW acquisition of the Inputs, before, during and after a trigger event. At the trigger event the inputs can be sampled with the programmed FAST sampling rate.

Combination of a slow data logger with a fast digitizer.
Similar to Multiple Recording option, but with data in between the segments
In combination with the timestamp option this option gives a complete acquisition with a dual-timebase
The timestamp will mark the beginning of the second (faster) B-timebase
Can be used without timestamps for monitoring purposes

The slow A-timebase will be derived from the fast B-Timebase with a 16 Bit Divider with a step size of 1. With the minimum internal sampling rate of 1 kHz an A-timebase of approximately 15 mHz is possible. The ABA divider works with respect to the over-sampling factor, no additional calculations are needed.

Data is stored within a separate FIFO on the card, no space of the on-board memory is lost. Data buffers for the two timebases are completely separated and will not influence each other.
